Rayma has been a nurse for 21 years and is a graduate of Lamar State
College Port Arthur. Her journey into the healthcare field began as a certified nursing assistant (CNA), then a licensed vocational nurse (LVN), and now a registered nurse (RN). She has worked in many different areas of nursing, some of which include medical-surgical, orthopedics, urgent care, and correctional, and where she is most at home, long-term care.

Rayma is married and has two young boys that keep her on her toes. She is from Lake Charles, LA, and has resided in Beaumont, TX, for 13 years now. Most of her spare time is spent with her children. She also likes to dance, cuddle under a warm blanket, watch television, and of course, eat!

Rayma is very passionate about nursing and is most comfortable working in the long-term care setting. Her residents become like family to her, and there is nothing more important than their health and safety. Rayma likes to take the time to get to know the residents, understand their needs, and celebrate their lives. She is very honored to be part of this work community!
